As Horizon West continues to boom, opportunities for larger homesites are becoming scarce. A new proposal, however, may bring something different to the area.

Z Development Services, representing Horizon West Investment Group, has filed plans with Orange County for 40 single-family homes on nearly 100 acres along Old YMCA Road. Most of the homesites would range from half an acre to one acre, with a few stretching over an acre in size. Big moves are underway in Osceola County, where the thriving NeoCity technology district is officially expanding south into St. Cloud. The county has announced plans to launch a second major tech and business hub called “NeoCity South”, located on 323 acres off Cross Prairie Parkway at the new W.
