Osceola County Expands Innovation Hub with “NeoCity South” in St. Cloud

Big moves are underway in Osceola County, where the thriving NeoCity technology district is officially expanding south into St. Cloud. The county has announced plans to launch a second major tech and business hub called “NeoCity South”, located on 323 acres off Cross Prairie Parkway at the new W. Nolte Road interchange with Florida’s Turnpike, expected to open in 2028.
This new site, purchased by the county for $17.3 million, sits west of the turnpike between Tohoqua and the Heritage at Crossprairie urban center — a key corridor that’s seeing massive infrastructure and economic growth.
